Britt loves to do magic with ingredients to bring the most delicious dishes on your plate.
The numerous journeys along several continents and the meetings with master chefs provide inspiration and a palette of tastes from all over the world. In Ghent (Belgium) she ran a modern known restaurant.
With great attention she works with organic herbs, fresh vegetables and local products. This allows her to guarantee the purity of the dishes, reduce her ecological footprint.
Every morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, composed of artisan products and the best of the local bakery. All is served on the terrace or at the pool house. You can start the day full of energy after breakfast with a view on the beautiful surroundings.

We like to pamper you with the tastiest products, prepared with a lot of love and dedication. If you want to taste our cooking skills, you can book in advance. If you would like to join our table d’Hôtes on arrival, we ask that you notify us 5 days in advance.
For a dinner you pay 32€/p.p. (3 courses including water).
You can choose from a local wine assortment, but also soft drinks or a beer are possible (not included by the diner).
On request we serve your diet products.
Les vents d'Anges
From June 2022, every Tuesday and Thursday evening this summer, chef Tania Van Muylem of the restaurant Les vents d’anges located in Bagard, will be “chef @ home” at Croissant de Lune.
Tania will prepare a fixed 3-course menu which will be served on the pleasant summer terrace of your B&B Croissant de Lune. = 40€/p.p.
